Day of the Lord 2021

We are right at the end of 6000 years since Creation according to the Bible. Just as God created the world in 6 days and rested on the 7th and one day is as a thousand years according to Scripture, so also at the end of the 6000 years, Christ will return to the earth to rule and reign for 1000 years. Mr. Obama was chosen on the 7th day of Tabernacles in 2009 to receive the Nobel Peace Prize and then given the award just a few hours before the start of Kislev 24, the 2 dates mentioned in Haggai 2 regarding the Lord shaking the heavens and the earth and bringing the desired of all nations to Himself. These 2 dates are incredibly significant in this puzzle. I believe this was the start of Daniel’s 70th week (see Daniel 9:27). 1260 days after Mr. Obama was chosen as the Nobel Peace Prize winner, he went to the Church of the Nativity, which was a temple fortress that had been desecrated by armed forces and considered by many to be the most holy place on the earth, and he stood where he did not belong, and stopped the daily sacrifice and offering from taking place on that day. He rode into Jerusalem on a borrowed beast, just as Christ had done, right on the 10th day of Nisan on the Jewish calendar and then the abomination took place right on the 11th day of Nisan, which was the very date that Christ spoke to His disciples about the abomination event. Daniel tells us that from this date, there will be 1290 days, which ended on the Feast of Trumpets in 2016.

So, after the abomination event on March 22, 2013, we had a 40-day probationary period as was foreshadowed to us in the story of Jonah that ended on the true 7th day of Unleavened Bread on God’s calendar. Daniel gives us a 1260 and 1335-day count that both started at this time, at the end of the 40-day probationary period, and ended on the Day of Atonement and on the start of Hanukkah in 2016. At the end of the 40 days, however, we saw how that the Bride of Christ came together for 3 days of fasting and prayer for the Lord to have mercy on America. This was also foreshadowed to us in the story of Jonah and of Queen Esther. Mercy was granted and judgment was delayed. If you think this delay just happened and was not shown to us in the Bible, you are very wrong. Because God is all-knowing, He knew ahead of time that this would happen and He hid this delay in His Word. We are shown in Matthew 25 and Revelation 10 that the coming of the Bridegroom will be delayed. The 70th week of Daniel stopped at this point and the desolation event was delayed by 4 years.

In the parable of the fig tree, we see that the tree is given 4 years to bear fruit before being cut down. It was on the 7th day of Unleavened Bread that the Israelites crossed the Red Sea, the walls of Jericho fell, when the silver and gold were first brought to Joshua (representing Jesus) for the building of the temple and when Peter escaped from prison when he was rescued by an angel. All four of these events from the Scriptures foreshadow the rapture taking place on the 7th day of Unleavened Bread. The true 7th day of Unleavened Bread in 2017 was April 19, 2017. The 1260 days will end on the Day of Atonement in 2020 and 1335 days will end on Hanukkah in 2020.

Although the 4-year delay is finished and Daniel’s 70th week resumed on April 17, 2017, judgment was again delayed because fruit was found on the fig tree and therefore it was not cut down. Scriptures indicate that this delay will last until the end of Daniel’s 70th week. The 7th day of Daniel’s 70th week was to have been the “Day of the Lord”, but the Lord rested on the 7th day and has transferred His judgment to the “8th day”, which is 2021. Daniel’s 70th week is now finished and it is now time to “finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, make reconciliation for iniquity, bring in everlasting righteousness, seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy (see Daniel 9:24).

So, here we are in 2021, the 8th day of Daniel’s 70th week. He has continued to delay His judgment. For those of you wondering how He can delay when there is an appointed time, I will just say this – there IS an appointed time and it is set and has been set from all eternity. God isn’t changing the plan. The delays are simply something He put into His end-time puzzle to show the world how gracious, merciful and long-suffering He is toward the world. There have been numerous times when the Lord could have brought His judgment that would have fulfilled the Scriptures, but He has continued to delay in order that more people would come into His Kingdom and to make the days of the Great Tribulation as short as Scripturally possible. He is a loving Father, not an angry Father. He is angry at sin, but loving toward all He has made, not wanting anyone to perish but all to have eternal life through His Son.

Just as the Lord rested on the 7th day of the week, He also commanded the Israelites to rest on the 8th day of Tabernacles. I believe the Lord is patterning Daniel’s 70th week after the Feast of Tabernacles. The Jewish people have added a ninth day to the Feast of Tabernacles called Simchat Torah. The 9th day has replaced the 7th day of Tabernacles as the most festive day of the year. It is at the start of the 9th day that the Jewish people take the scrolls out of the ark and dance throughout the night, representing Christ opening the scrolls and starting the Great Tribulation. In Matthew 24:15-21, the Lord points the disciples to Hanukkah and tells them that from that time, there will be great tribulation on the earth, but He will shorten the days for the sake of the elect. Later in the chapter, He tells us that the sign to watch for that will accompany His coming for His firstfruits Bride is the sun being darkened, moon not giving its light and stars falling from the sky, which takes place on December 4, 2021. He tells us that straightaway with the tribulation of those days, this sign will appear in the heavens and He will gather His elect with the sound of a loud trumpet call. Joel 2, Acts 2 and Revelation 6 all point us to the sign of a blood moon and total solar eclipse at the start of the Great Tribulation and opening of the 6th seal. We have a blood moon on November 19, 2021, and a total solar eclipse on December 4, 2021. Revelation 6 also mentions the stars falling from the sky, and we have the Geminid meteor shower starting on December 4, 2021, just as the Jewish people will be lighting the 7th candle on the menorah. When John is told to come up to heaven in Revelation 4, he sees 7 candles burning. I believe the firstfruits rapture takes place on December 4/5, 2021, followed by 3 ½ months of Great Tribulation on the earth for the left-behind saints until the Feast of Purim on March 18, 2022. I believe after the second rapture and second woe event, in which 1/3 of mankind is killed, the Lord will return to the earth at the start of the Biblical year on April 4, 2022. This means there will be 4 months of darkness on the earth and the 4th trumpet judgment of Revelation 8 points to 1/3 of the Day of the Lord (1-year period) being without light, when Christ takes His Bride and leaves and darkness comes on the earth.
